Whether in service of a particular project or brand-wide consideration, through collaborative consultation, Virginia supports the development of transformative and sustainable practices and tools that serve to:

• Advance leadership and organizational accountability

• Create or recalibrate an organization’s brand

   values and headline

• Develop culturally aware internal /external communication    and storytelling

• Design customized measurements of equity

With the goal to implement an equity lens that is pervasive throughout the entire organization, monthly services are offered in collaboration with a preexisting leadership team, or newly identified committee of voices.
